      Avantages

      Fantastic people who care about the members and go the extra mile for them, and each other. Great place to work with little hierarchy which means good exposure for all and good team work.

      Inconvénients

      Not for the feint hearted, fast moving and high energy which wont suit all. Those it does will thrive
