      Avantages

      The staff at R360 works well together and the organization within the company is laid out well. I always felt supported when I had new tasks to perform and felt like people genuinely cared about not only my job performace, but my overall well being.

      Inconvénients

      The flipside to such a good work environment is the occasional demands that are intense. Sometimes it is possible to put in a voluminous amount of work but still get reprimanded because something was pushed back or delayed.

      Avantages

      Culture is good for the most part. Management is mostly nice there are a few exceptions. Oilfield dependent so you could be laid off or let go if it slows down which it does happen.

      Inconvénients

      Clicky so if your not a hunting enthusiast or have the right good ole boy mentality unfortunately you won't move up within the company.
