Avantages
This job had no real pros except maybe the interview was easy even though they didnt ask questions but talked about the company. Easy hours.
Inconvénients
Hostile work environment including management cursing where law enforcement was involved. Manager would use company social profiles inappropriately and personally. It is based in an apartment which I didn't mind but owner (lives there) would use employees for personal needs and get angry when you declined. Constant disruptions owner would lose wifi and would make you turn it off. He doesn't care about saving work. Paycheck was always late due to miscalculations of hours, payroll didn't answer or he forgot. Constant employee violations witnessed for others, when asked says figure out yourself.
