Avantages
The benefits of working here are boiled down to free snacks and coffee, with the exception of meeting a few coworkers I still keep in touch with.
Inconvénients
Long hours, little pay. Literally have nightmares from working here. People would come in high and late and would be awarded employee of the month( LOL)...Don't even try to take holiday time off to spend with your family for Thanksgiving or Christmas. Upper management will ridicule you behind your back. I'm not talking Thanksgiving day or Christmas Day. I'm speaking on the behalf of people whom have families elsewhere and have to travel a day before/and day after. The "pod leaders" are so stressed and overworked they are Negative Nancy's and will cuss at you and treat you like garbage. Certain pod leaders and coworkers would sit there all day and message about other coworkers in the company ( not good things). If you enjoy staring at a computer screen all day and answering a phone non stop booking loads and making appointments, go for this job! The human mind can only concentrate on 3 tasks at a time, R2 expects you to be a super human and focus on 10 things at once. The HR department is amazing at what they do by passive aggressively replying back to every single one of these posts. Maybe just fix what goes on in the inside of the company versus hiding behind a computer screen all day trying to prove your points.
