      Avantages

      Les avantages sont comparables à ceux du reste de l'industrie de la santé.

      Inconvénients

      Réticence à augmenter les salaires des employés expérimentés et de longue date pour suivre le rythme des salaires plus élevés des nouvelles embauches au niveau d'entrée. Les augmentations ne suivent pas l'inflation. Mon augmentation l'année dernière était de 0,13 $. C'est la seule augmentation que j'ai reçue sans lever la tête. Les RH ne font pas preuve de diligence raisonnable pour enquêter sur les plaintes que j'ai maintenant rencontrées à plusieurs reprises. Jusqu'à ce que je travaille pour cette entreprise, je n'ai jamais reçu d'écriture pendant toute ma carrière.

      Amazing work life balance and flexible hours with many projects to learn from

      Inconvénients

      No promotions, and the yearly pay increase is basically the inflation rate

      Avantages

      The voluntary separation offer was good.

      Inconvénients

      I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
