      Annual bonus based off of company performance (percentage is based off of salaried position). Company listens to the employees

      Inconvénients

      System training is peer to peer.

      This was a work from home job

      Inconvénients

      Every move was watched, outsourcing jobs out of the country, gave no time to talk to teammates for feel like you were in a job together, very isolating, no time given to work with managers about questions or concerns
