      Avantages

      I worked as a Field Representative for R&B Solutions for 13 years. For 11 of those years I worked part-time which was exactly what I wanted because my children were young. Management was wonderful about letting me flex my schedule as needed for school functions and sick kids. The work I did was extremely rewarding but difficult at times. Help and assistance from management was only a phone call away, I was never left hanging with a problem. I was paid very well and treated even better. Excellent company with an amazing staff.

      Avantages

      Provide services for under privileged people who lack resources and knowledge to help themselves.

      Inconvénients

      The most knowledgeable employees who work efficiently and thoroughly do not get recognized or praised for their efforts. The company hours got reduced many years ago and never went back to 40 again as promised. Flex pay continues to be reduced, no short term disability or maternity benefits, no health or dental benefits offered.
