Avantages
Some coworkers are decent people and helpful. Work load is no difficult.
Inconvénients
The management at our facility is indifferent. They lack empathy, are dismissive, and show a lack of concern about their employees. There are no incentives. Wage increases are minimal. There is also an atmosphere of racism and sexual harassment that goes unchecked and virtually ignored. Distinct lack of professionalism.
