      - Great staff culture (this may be store/region specific) - Staff uniform and discount - Bonus structure - Business is still expanding/growing

      Inconvénients

      - Older company which means some of the systems/processes need an update - Head office (people in Sydney/Adelaide) can feel disconnected with the people on the ground floor in Retail - Once you're a manager there is limited growth opportunities

      The idea of free clothes are nice

      Inconvénients

      the company could afford to set up a beautiful, custom interior designed shop, they could afford to budget mixers to gain new customers but they couldn’t pay their employees livable wages or offer full time.
