Avantages
-Most of the colleagues are helpful and friendly. They will not hesitate to help new staff. -A platform to gain experience because you will learned problem solving and communication skill.
Inconvénients
-Poor management. They are still using traditional method to manage the company. Everything must get the approval from boss. - Don’t appreciate the effort and contribution of employees . Treat employees very bad and fierce. -Heavy workload. A lot of paperwork need to do. No ERP or any other software to improve work efficiency. -High turnover rate especially sales department. -Highly not recommend for any job seeker unless you’re jobless for a long time.
