      Avantages

      Unvergleichliche, familiäre und lockere Atmosphäre. Gute Kantine, die regionale Produkte (hauptsächlich Bioprodukte) verwendet. Transparente Informationspolitik der Geschäftsführung. Flexible individuelle Einteilung der Arbeitszeiten möglich

      Inconvénients

      Die Bezahlung liegt wohl eher im unteren Bereich der Branche. Dies wird jedochdurch die familiäre Atmosphäre und das "ich gehe gerne zur Arbeit"-Gefühl mehr als kompensiert. Zumindest sofern man begreift, dass es wichtigere Dinge als Geld gibt.

      The company had good benefits.

      Inconvénients

      President of the company is biased. Majority of the employees are personal connections and not qualified for their jobs.
