      Avantages

      The culture at this company is great and there's a lot of encouragement given across the board. Everyone (well, almost everyone), is wonderful to work with.

      Inconvénients

      The work is unfulfilling at times, and you're often left stranded working by yourself. The pay is really not great given the amount of work we do. It's also a bit sexist.

      Amazing coworkers. Still friends with some of them today. Great tools for CDs — amazing AI Studio.

      Inconvénients

      Unrealistic expectations from sales and leadership, certain executives can be inappropriate. No 401k offering. Work-life balance is lacking — often expected to work evenings.
