Avantages
Lots of IP in HW FPGA and lots of champions of Corporate "Pro Kabaddi" .....Many old timers are there who can teach you how to survive there and also how to plan for your retirement. Trust me they are really Champs !!
Inconvénients
The organisation has recently become a place where" Whom you know "is more important than "what you know". If you know the right person, then a 15 minute status meeting a day is good enough for you to survive!! Off late there is a huge exodus of engineers and they could not hire candidates locally ( though there is abundance of talent locally !!) and going 3000 miles to hire folks. Imagine in tech community what name they got. Incompetency is at it's peak specially at the senior management level. Stock price is going down day by day and management is going ga-ga over "cutting "edge technology. Yes it is really cutting edge as it is cutting the shareholder's earning and employees' career. Specially in Bangalore , the situation is terrible in terms of people , projects and processes.
