      Avantages

      I can't think of any at the moment although I am sure there has to be a couple of pros

      Inconvénients

      This company has the absolute worst environment of any company I have ever worked for. There executive management team is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever seen. They have a COO who has never been in an operations role before in her entire life. My advice is to stay away actually run away from this company

      Avantages

      Depending on your department it will vary. Some managers better then others. Decent product no better compared to the competition but defintiely no worse

      Inconvénients

      This is a company that has some of the worst executive team I have ever encountered. The CFO is a horrible leader who will throw anyone under the bus who doesn't agree with her point of view. The GM's are horrible one lives in a bubble and is unaware of his surroundings and lives in a long dead mentality of how business is done. The other comes off as a nice guy and is relatively smart but when push comes to shove shows his true colors. The only person on the exec team worth anything is the person who runs R&D.
