      Had a technical advantage over competitors and a leading product Fair compensation

      Inconvénients

      - Innovation and development was too slow - Poor leadership lacking any credibility with no industry or product knowledge "steering" the company. - Financial uncertainty and failing sales strategy - All main contributors to the initial success and positive guidance of the company have left .

      Avantages

      good leadership....friendly and very fair. Innovation is the driver and they are flexible to do what is needed to grow revenue. For a small company its professionally run and a good culture

      Inconvénients

      Limited resources and challenges with running two separate business units. A lot of turn over in engineering with limited supply of talent as they are headquarter i Calgary, Canada.
