Avantages
The India management is excellent and thoughtful of every employee .They follow a open door policy and the country head has made sure that culture is built into everyone .The company provides a hybrid work culture and on the days you visit office they provide food which I doubt any current companies is doing .They have a fantastic mediclaim policy which also covers your parents and again I have not seen companies providing this without an extra premium .Here you don't have to shell a single penny extra .Protera really promotes learning by not only paying for your certifications but also giving you an extra bounty in dollars for the certificates you clear .Which I.T company does that in this time ?Every Christmas and Diwali each employee is given a thoughtful and an expensive gift like smart watches ,tabs ,alexa etc and there are frequent celebrations to keep th employee engagement intact .So overall a very good culture and the people at the organization along with the HR ,the management and individual contributors are all very helpful and welcoming .
Inconvénients
Cons are very few and as this company is upcoming and growing they will mitigate the short falls very soon .Salary can be better and as per the market standards and so is the job title .I am sure the management and HR are working towards all of it and get it better.Work life balance could be a challenge depending on the project and customer you are assigned but that fosters great learning opportunities too .With better head counts the company will sort it out .
