Prosum has an extremely high turnover and that seemed to be consistent over the years. Their benefits are probably one of the worst ones I've seen in comparison to the many companies I've been with. It's also not a huge con but they don't have a gym onsite or any incentives to drive health like many of my former employers. They also pay below market average but people like myself seem to stay anyway because of the camaraderie (assuming you can even last that long here).
One of Prosum's biggest downfall is the management team. They seem like brilliant individuals or else they wouldn't be in their position but they're not doing something right. They set unrealistic goals and have a lack of strategy to execute them while employees are feeling oppressed. It seemed like a lot of the great ones have left or got let go and the ones that are current, are a bunch of micromanagers and could care less about who you are.
