Do not be fooled by the recent uptick in positive reviews, this company has serious fundamental issues! Executive leadership is not equipped to manage a company with this magnitude of funding. The VCs should be concerned about their investments. The C-level executives should have already been replaced -- being a brilliant engineer does not guarantee business success. Nepotism runs rampant and there are no attempts at masking the blatant favoritism. The technology is interesting and the product could excel with proper execution, but the lack of product strategy and constant shifting/reacting is keeping the company from being successful. Anyone who is not a "yes" person and disagrees with leadership, product, or strategy either wind up leaving or are let go. Leadership is very "hot or cold" -- one day you can be doing a great job, and the next you could be let go. Marketing needs better leadership and should be helping drive business decisions, not acquiescing to every executive request without question. This place will not help your career, so think wisely if you want to work here.
