Leadership is very susceptive to feedback and is constantly aiming to better the workplace for employees and improve the value delivered to customers.

      No cons as the Founders and higher authorities are well aware and attentive regarding this matter.

      Avantages

      I have been a big ambassador of 'the future of work' being autonomy, remote, async. Promotehour follows all of it. Love the people here, very friendly who now is like a family backing each other up not only for work but through life. If you are anti-corporate and want a fresh breath of having freedom and working on the growth of a rocketship, this is your place.

      Avantages

      It is a great pleasure working in PromoteHour. It gave me an opportunity to learn and work in a new environment that so much helped me in my career growth and standard. I am so thankful to Jit and Mona who have faith in me. Teached me a lot of things.

      Inconvénients

      If you are working with PromoteHour it will give an excellent place to prove yourself and I have been working more than Five Years still learning new things.
