Avantages

Many people at Prologis are dedicated, motivated, and committed to making the company a great place to work.

Inconvénients

The condescending and rude HR personnel - from the talent acquisition specialists who think it's OK to test new systems/processes on potential new-hires, to the benefits analysts who can't take the time to find out actual answers to real questions (but they'll make one up which may or may not be accurate), to the benefits director who is far too important to respond to questions, to the training team whose only expertise is general office skills...

Avantages

As a Maintenance Technician, I take pride in helping maintain some of the highest-quality industrial and commercial properties in the industry. It’s rewarding to know that my work directly contributes to our customers’ success and operational efficiency. Working for Prologis means being part of an organization that prioritizes safety, training, and operational excellence. Having the right tools, resources, and support allows me to perform my job effectively and safely. I’m proud to be part of a team that values its people and invests in maintaining best-in-class facilities. I have the opportunity to solve problems, support our customers, and contribute to the overall success of our properties every day. I play an important role in ensuring our buildings remain safe, reliable, and operating at a high standard. It’s rewarding to know that my work helps support the supply chains and businesses that keep the economy moving.

Inconvénients

The expectations for building maintenance and customer service are high, which can make for busy days, but it also creates opportunities to learn and develop new skills. Depending on the property portfolio, there may be times when multiple priorities need attention at once, requiring strong time-management and problem-solving skills.

Avantages

Prologis has a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture where teamwork and creativity are genuinely encouraged. Employees are trusted to take ownership, contribute ideas, and work across teams to solve complex challenges. The work is dynamic and engaging, and there are opportunities to learn from talented colleagues across many parts of the business. Leadership promotes a strong culture of partnership, and the company continues to invest in both innovation and employee development.

Inconvénients

The pace can be demanding, and the workload is often significant given the scale and complexity of the business. Many projects require coordination and alignment across multiple stakeholders, which can sometimes slow decision-making and require patience and persistence. There is not always a one-size-fits-all solution, so employees need to be adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity and collaboration.
