Avantages

Extremely flexible, great coworkers, lots of clubs to join and activities office. Training for PIP is thorough and long, about 5 months.

Inconvénients

In a nutshell it’s the workload. I’m not completely out of on-boarding yet but I’m told by tenured reps that they typically carry 130-150 open claims. You get up to 3 new claims/day, plus assist when coworkers are out of office. You are salaried so the expectation is to get the work done, regardless

Avantages

One of the best companies to work for- excellent benefits and compensation, intuitive tools to make the job easier, the ceo cares. They want you to grow and succeed and are invested in you.

Inconvénients

It’s insurance adjusting— can be stressful, but that’s to be expected.

Avantages

One day a week in the office. No weekends. Work from home 4 days. New hires do have to be in office 2 days for first year then go to 1 day a week. Benefits are good. Everyone is awesome. Really only had one supervisor who was a little on the micro managing side but they were new to it. Other than that VP don down the line to adjuster are all super nice and approachable

Inconvénients

It’s a stress full job. I love it but it’s not for everyone. You have to be on your A game every day or you will get behind
