      Avantages

      Basic day to day operations. Paper work and reporting is super simple. If you do your job good, your job will have pretty low stress. Great place to work if you are sick of corporate politics. Very family oriented, if you need a day off here and there, no one freaks out.

      Inconvénients

      No Yardi or other Property Management software. Everything is manual and peg board. Pretty old school. Not a whole lot of room for advancement if you are trying to climb the "ladder" If you are used to larger corporate companies, you might get a bit of a culture shock.

      Avantages

      Small company that gives you freedom and flexibility in time of work. Not a paper factory and business was kept short and simple. Collect rents, keep apartments full, and keep properties looking good.

      Inconvénients

      New Director of Operations job was created for a friend of the owner. He had no experience and came in and changed the whole corporate atmosphere alienating everyone and hurting business. He is "two-faced" in telling you are the best and doing a great job, and then does everything to undermine your success.
