      Avantages

      Everyone is very kind and nice. Casual atmosphere. Easy work. If you run your property well, they pay very good.

      Inconvénients

      If you are coming from a bigger professional company, be prepared for a shock. No budgets, very frugal, and not a big fan of preventative maintenance. You the manager do not have authority to replace carpet and appliances and etc.

      Avantages

      Basic day to day operations. Paper work and reporting is super simple. If you do your job good, your job will have pretty low stress. Great place to work if you are sick of corporate politics. Very family oriented, if you need a day off here and there, no one freaks out.

      Inconvénients

      No Yardi or other Property Management software. Everything is manual and peg board. Pretty old school. Not a whole lot of room for advancement if you are trying to climb the "ladder" If you are used to larger corporate companies, you might get a bit of a culture shock.
