      Relaxed Management style ,small but efficient office staff, good training program for Managers and Supervisors.

      Inconvénients

      very few benefits, not much room for advancement, closed door management style.

      Avantages

      I wish I could find some words to say..... My co workers were awesome and loyal to me because I was fair and had to implement my own management style without the approval of senior management!

      Inconvénients

      Management is non existent and you will get fired for breaking rules you did not know existed and for going above and beyond the job description.
