Avantages
Problem Company offers incredible support in the development process, especially with technologies where I had little prior knowledge. The company invests in the professional growth of its employees, providing a continuous learning environment. Additionally, the flexibility in work hours and the possibility of working 4-5 hour days with high performance are major advantages.
Inconvénients
As a relatively new company, Problem Company is in constant evolution, adjusting its practices and processes as it grows. This means there are periods of adaptation and change, but personally, I don't see this as a negative point. The company is always striving for improvements both for itself and for its employees.
