Avantages
What I enjoy most about working at ProWritingAid is the novelty of the work and the real impact it has on the product. The team is relatively small and close-knit, which means I get to collaborate directly with product, design, and engineering. The team structure is relatively flat. It doesn’t feel hierarchical, and I’ve found that good ideas are taken seriously no matter who they come from. The pace is fast, and the work is creative. I enjoy that we’re often working on brand new ideas and learning quickly from real user feedback rather than maintaining legacy code or old features. The company also provides resources for professional growth and covers in-person collaborations, which helps to feel like a part of the team.
Inconvénients
The company has gone through a pivot recently, so priorities can shift quickly. If you prefer very structured, long-term planning, this might feel too fluid.
