      Avantages

      Great experience on understanding the loan process and working in the Agri-Finance field. Are owned/operate with Farm Credit and Growmark, so good place to get your foot in the door and have on your resume. Is a year long internship, so you have an extended time to really get on the job experience.

      May not have opportunities beyond internship completion

      Good benefits, people that care, ability to make real contributions, other benefits of working for a small company connected to a larger network

      No HR directly working for company, same pains of working for other small companies, not a lot of room for growth opportunities
