Avantages
The people they hire are a pleasure to work with, although they don’t last forever.
Inconvénients
The company’s HR Rep is truly not on your side. If they have an issue with you be aware you will be their punching bag until they move onto another target. Do not expect this to get better as they are only hired out of nepotism. The training here is equal to that of being enrolled in university -you teach yourself. Most times the blind are leading the blind as upper management fails to communicate with each other, their clients, and their employees especially. You will be told different things by different people in upper management and always be found at fault. Be ready to be overworked with little pay as this office tends to maintain themselves UNDERSTAFFED throughout the year. Micromanagement is what they live by. You will be hounded for your work constantly. They describe themselves as “generous” and “family oriented” but will behave in a discriminatory manner. Most trainees do not make it after a week. No one fulfills their 2 weeks after resignation since they cannot make it after the constant badgering during that time.
