      Avantages

      My experience with Procleared has been extremely positive. Always looking out for their employees' best interest and career satisfaction. They look internally before hiring from the outside. They want to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your job and work environment. Excellent benefits.

      Avantages

      They have some great staff members that support the company, they know NGA well, and they don't take a lot risk.

      Inconvénients

      They have some great staff members that support the company but due to the micromanagement and lack of resources, there is high turn-over. With the high turn-over a lot gets missed. The three owners aren't always on the same page and have completely different management styles which, can make it tough for employees trying to get their job done. As a company that has been in business this long, it was surprising to see a lack of process and procedure within operations.
