      you get holidays off and bonus at reviews

      Inconvénients

      favoritism no training alot of gossiping if they dont like you they will make sure you quit no real human resource department bonus are given on the level of how they like you office manager does not know his job and gives mean nicknames

      Coworkers were nice to each other

      Inconvénients

      Some management styles were micro management. If things weren't done a specific way, it wasn't being done right even though same results were achieved.

      my coworkers were friendly, good work/life balance...nothing else

      Inconvénients

      no benefits, minimum wage salary, no advancement opportunity, high turnover ratio, terminate you without any warnings, they hire anybody - no background check.
