Avantages
Time off was pretty easy to get. I enjoyed working with all my coworkers. You could listen to music while working.
Inconvénients
The list of cons is endless. Firstly, upper management lacked communication skills and knowledge on their own business. This lead to many errors in the system that would never get fixed. There were countless times where we would ask for something to get fixed and get no results. The work flow was altered because of that and it was always somehow our fault. Even though we cant work properly if something we asked to get fixed (multiple times) was never fixed. To go along with the lack of communication skills they have fully fired people without warning and over email. There is not a third party HR which makes it hard or nearly impossible to report anything within the business without everyone knowing. As stated in other reviews there are barely any benefits. You get no sick days but at least you l get 3 days of PTO… After you hit a year. So, basically if you cant hit a year you don’t really get any benefits.
