      Most employees are hard working, honest people really trying to better the company, good product, decent pay, benefits, time off policies.

      Inconvénients

      Lay offs and forced shut downs not uncommon. Management concentrates on short terms cash goals vs long time growth.

      Competitive pay, flexible hours (within first shift bracket), friendly and helpful co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management changes out frequently, might take some time to get used to. Does not always take opinions of "lower level" employees very seriously.

      Potentially interesting, cutting edge imaging products.

      Inconvénients

      Refuse to implement alternate work arrangements for majority of the employees such as work from home even for job functions that are conducive to doing so, such as software development and customer documentation.
