The PIC Mechanism: Management is adopting a "Person-In-Charge" (PIC) mechanism to ensure every talented individual has a moment to shine. This effectively prevents top talent from being blocked by middle management or mediocre managers. Spotlight on Juniors: Top leadership actively ensures that everyone’s output—including juniors—is spotlighted, exaggerated, and appreciated through an embedded fast-promotion program. We aren’t relying on delayed, third-party industry reports; we can spot user behavior trends and market shifts in real-time to optimize our acquisition and retention loops. Cross-Functional Leverage: Growth here isn't siloed. Because of the "PIC" (Person-In-Charge) culture, I have the authority to bridge the gap between Product, Performance, and Creative teams.
