      Avantages

      As pessoas são boas de trabalhar, bem receptivas, bom ambiente de trabalho, bom espaço interno. A liderança é bem próxima dos seus funcionários.

      Inconvénients

      Não há muita transparência, não se sabe bem ao certo para onde a empresa está indo. Além disso, há várias áreas que estão em fase de reestruturação.

      Avantages

      Company culture. People are very friendly. Good place to have some fun with videogame in a free time if you care about it.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of work for only one person to take care. They know they need more people, but while you're doing the job and motivated, they don't hire. I spent 1 1/2 year without help, taking care of a big client all by myself. It was common to work long hours and sometimes in the weekend when I was requested to, without receive any more money for that.
