Good people that are driven for results and hard-working. Accountability is key and employees take ownership of their work. The environment is clean and professional in stark contrast to most machine shops. They utilize technology to ensure precision work.
Inconvénients
Some of the job assignments can require a lot of attention and with three or four machine centers at once, it can be lot of running around.
