      Avantages

      Get to work on interesting, diverse, and exciting projects/products from inception through completion and be involved in majority of the overall process.

      Inconvénients

      Treatment of employees by upper management is truly atrocious. Unfair treatment based on moods and which department you are a part of. Clear favoritism.

      Avantages

      There was a lot ok knowledge. Was, all the good people have left.

      Inconvénients

      The 2 owners are not not fit to run a free taco stand on cinco de mayo. All the skilled and knowledgeable left. The company has no money and is in the middle of chapter 11 bankruptcy. Because of the lose of all the talented people, the company will soon switch to a chapter 7 bankruptcy- liquidation. I suggest mental therapy for one owner, and a remedial business class for the other. This company had so much potential- many very large, luctrative contracts with Fortune 500 companies. Because of the stupidity of the owners, they have lost all and now are getting by on scraps. I give them less than 3 months.
