      Avantages

      They make a lot of money for their CEO and COO. They have some great people, but most now left.

      Inconvénients

      They breed a horrible culture of yes men and ego-maniacs. They do not support or respect the vast amount of experience or talent they have somehow managed to hire, instead they breed a culture of fear by monitoring people's work productivity and using it against them come Bonus time. Their HR is a joke and are a direct mouthpiece of the CEO and upper management. They bully people. Very good people will dissappear without warning, usually after speaking up for themselves or others.

      Avantages

      Good salary, very well equipped offices, colleagues with impressive careers and experiences, always willing to help and work well together.

      Inconvénients

      Micro management, general lack of trust in employees, poor treating by management, HR not supportive of the employee when a concern is raised.
