Avantages
Good benefits. Great people - it's really nice to be around people who are bright, motivated and friendly. Lots of ability to make impact and change. Great stability - company is growing and very successful so there are lots of opportunities for development and growth. Pay is competitive and will be reviewed in future. Social if you want it to be - it's what you put in essentially - options to go for after work drinks etc. In the day people do work fairly hard but this is out of their own free will and dependent on the role- some people take there full lunch and are social and some don't - it's pretty normal but good to know there's the option.
Inconvénients
Working pattern isn't flexible really - most roles are on-site 4 days a week or travel a fair bit. However, in a way it's really nice having a permanent desk and actually communicating with people in person. I was at a company before where people didn't come in so there wasn't much point being in. Here it's very nice being around people you're working with as it's easier to get things done and feels a bit more collaborative. They could improve the holiday offering - it's fairly standard so nothing wrong with it but I'd love to see an even more competitive offering in future. It's very fast-paced so this isn't a con for me it's a huge positive but putting this here as possibly worth making people aware this isn't a "sleepy company" - however it make it varied, fun and exciting.
