      Avantages

      Knowledgeable colleagues who are happy to help you progress in your career. Support from management who really do care about their subordinates and want to help them succeed. Lots of variety in the work, you're always learning new things and expanding your expertise. Livable wages based on your training and experience. All the OT you can ask for and travel opportunities. Bonuses for performance.

      Inconvénients

      All the OT you can ask for (yes a pro and a con) depends on the individual. It's field service so you will have to travel from time to time and jobs can change at the last minute. Sometimes a hectic workflow due to planning shortfalls. No work vehicle until you are a NETA 2 and gas in WA is very expensive but this is also a good reason to study and get your 2.
