      Avantages

      No pros that make Potential stand out amongst the rest.

      Inconvénients

      Poor management of clinical skills of staff thus resulting in poor delivery of services. Management is out of touch and unaware of the everyday happenings of the clinical staff. Clinical management staff is rarely on site. RBTS seem burnt out and unhappy-poor oversight of RBTS. No standards on hiring RBTS.

      Non profit organization that puts people before profits Flexible schedule Great training and support Amazing PCs who really care

      Inconvénients

      Pay is a little on the lower side compared to what some other clinics offer but they do pay for canceled appointments if you are full time which isn’t usual.
