      Avantages

      Founders are very dedicated to helping everyone feel connected, heard, and human despite being in a remote org. Company off-sites, video on for all meetings, and frequent touch bases around personal goals and progress are all really impressive to see in such an early and small company.

      Inconvénients

      Working from home is a little tough if you don't have a desk. We should consider a stipend to put towards co-working space memberships. It is great however that we get a sizable budget to spend on any home office equipment we need.

      Thank you for sharing. We are so glad that you are enjoying the culture here at Postscript! We agree with you that working from home would be tough without a desk and comfortable working space established. We currently offer a $2,000 home office stipend to spend on absolutely anything you want and need to create your dream office space, in addition to a brand new computer of your choice. If you prefer to work in a co-working space rather than at home, you can also use your office stipend to cover those expenses! We are always looking for ways to improve what we offer to new and current employees. If you have any requests or ideas, please share them with the People team and rest assured that they will be noted and considered as we grow. We love your feedback about integrating every new employee with Customer Support to learn Product and are making strides in that direction. We agree that learning the product should be a priority upon joining Postscript and will continue improving our onboarding processes to help this happen. Big things are coming! -Cailee

      Amazing colleagues. Lots of smart team members willing to come together to find a solution or offer recommendations to be customer first.

      Inconvénients

      - LOTS of layoffs. Bound to happen in tech, but in less than two years there were multiple rounds of layoffs, including a larger RIF - Like other reviews mention, lots of emphasis and power given to senior leadership with shady/limited comms shared to the rest of the team. They claim there are cutbacks (above mentioned layoffs), yet senior leaders are on offsites a few times a month. - Pay is not on par with industry standards and hard to get meaningful promotions based on the corporate competencies structure they expect you to follow. Yet, many roles have blurred lines and responsibilities that don’t fall in line with their competency structure. - If you are not buddy buddy with senior leader and/or in a role that draws a lot of company attention or impact, good luck trying to advance or be given new opportunities you express interest in. - As other reviews mention, they do not operate as a mature startup and still seem to fly by the seat of their pants
