      Avantages

      Employees are given reasonable salaries especially considering the benefits provided to the employees and their families. Very flexible and will work with you and your schedule if needed. All you have to do is your job and show passion and interest in what they company is doing and aspires to do for their customers and potential customers.

      Inconvénients

      There really are no cons I can say other than new employees could benefit from some type of introduction to all products no matter what position they are hired for.

      Avantages

      Postec was a great company to work for. Decent benefits. A easy going flexible schedule was the biggest pro. Co-workers were awesome guys to work around, most were there 10+ years and I gained a lot of experience in the Point of Sale world over the years working with them. Good place to work especially if you're looking into entering the retail or hospitality POS field as entry level.

      Inconvénients

      Although the schedule was flexible. The pay could have been better. There was a ceiling with the growth of where you can go within the company. It can get boring and I became unmotivated at times.
