      Avantages

      This is the best place to work... quality people to work with, upstanding organization, thorough and thoughtful leadership. Everything about this place makes it a wonderful place to work. I truly feel so lucky to work here and be surrounded by those that work here, all working towards the work that we do. The programs and ministries are so thought out and intentional and are doing incredible work to help and support all people. Really can't rave enough about Portland Rescue Mission and the quality workplace that it is. There is understand, encouragement, support, and always ways to grow!

      Inconvénients

      There is nothing I can think of that is a "con" to working here!

      Avantages

      Working at Portland Rescue Mission has been a huge blessing in my life. PRM compassionately serves guests and program participants in tangible ways that make a huge difference in stabilizing the lives of men, women and children. I am constantly touched by the hard work and care demonstrated by my coworkers. PRM is caring for the most vulnerable in our city and doing it with professionalism and integrity.

      Inconvénients

      PRM is a donor-funded, non-profit so wages may not be as competitive as social service organizations with bigger pockets (and more bureaucracy).
