As far as benefits such as health insurance and vacation time they have a great benefit package for the hourly employees but if you are a salaried employee it is a double standard.
Inconvénients
Management will listen to your concerns and tell you they will investigate if it is a complaint but ultimately it always comes down to the superiors are always right but the superiors are located in Pittsburgh and have no idea of what is going on in Mason they just think they know! The other thing they always tell you is we are in business to make money for our stockholders. Stockholders are our bottom line! Wow!
