Avantages
The culture is positively different. They are not micromanaging the employees; they are flexible in your working schedule, just make sure you finish your pending task. Everyone is approachable even the high ranking employees like CEO, COO and COF. You can go directly to them if you wanted to ask or clarify something.
Inconvénients
They lack mentorship and direction. Normally they'll give you a task and it's up to you to complete it. It's like there is no proven system yet inside since it's a start up they are trying alot of different things and that also leads to a lack of direction. Irrelevant from our partners merchants, because the app barely contributes to their sales.
