Avantages
The positive reviews on here are their Marketing Department trying to make the company seem better to prospective employees. The pros are, if you are lucky you will get paid. I have been there when the paychecks have bounced.
Inconvénients
This is the worst job I have ever had. They say they have new job opportunities, but that’s because they fire people on a whim. About every 90 days 2-4 people are fired. Only the CEO has been there since the beginning. They have an old out of date product that constantly fails. Their development department does not have the skills or know how to keep it running, let alone innovate and create new products. Benefits are horrible. If you are a good butt kisser, you might be alright here, because that’s all they want. They don’t want people who can really manage do their job. They are being pushed out of the market by competition for all sides, direct competitors, and even clients are developing their own solutions to push PhoneTree out of the market. The company is taking a slow ride to a crash landing.
