Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to help us continue to improve the employee experience. As you most likely know, PharmScript has been growing rapidly in the past few years and as a result, we’ve been fortunate to have had the opportunity to add many new leaders to our Somerset team. Most of whom are new to their roles and promoted from within.
We take our leadership responsibilities very seriously at PharmScript and to achieve our goal of becoming high performance teams, we’re actively training, and developing strategies to support our new leaders. Regardless of which team you’re on, it is my hope that individuals from all of our teams feel motivated, empowered and recognized for their hard work and I apologize if this hasn’t been your experience.
