      Avantages

      Once you learn and are comfortable with all the facilities, it’s very doable and you work independently in your own space.

      Inconvénients

      Training was very difficult and inconsistent. A lot of facility changes. Just when you understand a facility they will change them around and you have a short time to learn a new One and clean it up.

      Avantages

      + Relatively passable starting pay for the position + Decent benefits (at time of writing -- 08/14/2025) + Break room is spacious, well-equipped, and reasonably clean

      Inconvénients

      - Tedious work -- feels more like a factory job than healthcare - Weekend work is required for all(?) employees - *Maximum* starting pay for a PhT is the extrapolated minimum hourly rate for sustainable living in the current economy - Management seems to be regularly in flux - High, constant throughput -- expect little to no downtime
