      Company management forces employees to write good reviews to attract candidates and client No any project still they are posting new jobs then company reject good candidate in interview no increment only 3 sick leaves and 3 CL per year No any extra benefits and compensation Compulsory to attain training and meeting session during saturday sunday and other holidays no social life Mentally harassment from company management no extra benefits due to Work from home expenses. management denies medical insurance and other benefits deduct from ctc Not good place and not good working environment to work immediate firing

      Avantages

      Very Good Company to work for. Being a beginner you will get a good exposure to work you are going to be part of. Management plans good training sessions for SV, UVM and latest Protocols to get the employees accelerate on the project. Good Salary scale. Being a sincere engineer, you will be paid really good. I've had a really good experience working with the CEO , HR and management of the company. Company would provide good opportunities in terms of ASIC, FPGA, SOC - Functional Logic Verification, Design, Gate Level, Physical Design etc. You will have an opportunity to deal and work with leading edge companies in Silicon Valley. Work life balance is good.
