Terrific team atmosphere, with no "i" in team mentality which fits my work ethic. Everyone in sales, design and tech work hand-in-hand to meet the needs of the client, and pitch in no matter the day or the time, which is really great considering we have clients world-wide, in more than 20 countries.
Also, I have personally found that the management team will stop at nothing to support their team, and their people come first... my philosophy has always been take care of your people and they'll take care of your clients.

Push back on timing for a project happens from time to time due to the volume we're now bring in. I realize that we are hiring to ensure this is just a temporary thing.
